Uruha: Ruki’s a guy who is invaded with the illness of not being able to stop talking once he gets started. A little like a pet. And he’s been surprisingly methodical lately.
Aoi: A shrewd person? He takes everything; song writing, guitars, bass, the mic as his own. But it’s a wonder you can’t hate him.
Reita: He’s a nice guy who’s always my straight man when I’m the funny one. Makes the world go numb with his nice voice!
Kai: Someone who readily chimes in with others! Talks a lot! Expressions appear on his face instantly. Doesn’t tell lies! Values taking care of what is inside oneself.

Ruki: Has very funny behaviour that makes everyone laugh. And slips up occasionally. Is stubborn, but he’s a guy who watches the band calmly so you can’t hate him.
Uruha: He’s like a younger brother to me so I look after him in the way of an older brother. He’s more than a friend.
Aoi: He didn’t talk much when I first met him. He’s a surprisingly shy BOY.
Kai: Good at reading the atmosphere of a place. In a sense, he’s a person within the members’ core. You can rely on him.

Ruki: I thought he was scary the first time I saw him, but he was a surprisingly shy BOY.
Uruha: Is generally a data collector. Is someone who really battles through tough times, too… Surprisingly likes sake.
Reita: His movement is fast, whatever he does. Always drinks coffee. Has quite a lot of physical strength.
Kai: Has a lot of sympathy. Very polite. Often treats other people [to dinner, etc].

Ruki: Stubborn. Not shy of people. Is a good person at heart. Works with all his might. Seems to like poking his nose into other people’s business.
Uruha: Seems to be a drum-lover. Likes folklore. Game lover. Hasn’t come to cook recently… Likes being picked on.
Aoi: Has recently had a superior tone. His mother is a very strong person. Is called a leader and things like that…
Reita: Can be caring. Forgets a lot of things, but is also a good leader. Dilligent.

Aoi: Thinks slowly. Is a bit different from others. But I like that about him!

Kai: Does things at his own pace so much that that ends up at his own pace. Sometimes, he doesn’t take notice of his surroundings.

---With regards to March 10th "THE DECADE" how did you feel about it during the day itself？
Uruha: All the members were saying "i'm nervous, i'm nervous". I thought, "this is rare huh" (laugh) As expected because it's the 10th anniversary so it was like that. Ironically when it comes to me, i'm always nervous but on that day i was unexpectedly not like that. Of course I was nervous but I was much better than what I was always like. It felt like I was more nervous for the past tour finals than this.

Uruha: I think it can't be helped anymore. Of course I want to fix this but (laugh) However, I think what can be said best [about this] is "nervousness with good meaning".

Uruha: No, it's not like that (laugh) However, there were so many old songs, if I had to re-think about all of them it was impossible. So I had the feeling "even if i miss abit it's okay right?". It was like, "today you'll forgive me abit right?" (laugh)

---Even just by a little, bit by bit you slowly moved towards the ideal of "I want to be like this" that you once imagined 10 years ago right?
Uruha: Yeah. Actually, I think the band is becoming like this. the GazettE itself is constantly the ideal band?
---Hearing you say this, I think it's really awesome.
Uruha: Really? When you think about the band as a whole, you can really say this strongly (laugh) "the GazettE's cool yo" - I can say it with no problem. But I can't say "Uruha's cool yo" (laugh) As expected as a team it's easier to be drawn by a team. When one says "the GazettE's cool", it's because as a team of 5 people I think the "cool-ness" is real. With regards to our individual potential, to not focus on it, or we have no interest in pursuing it... Of course with each generation there are outstanding individuals, individuals who people call stars but in terms of existence whether I want to become like that or not, I don't have such interest. Because I think doing it as a team and being cool, I personally we're in a state with more power.
---From the beginning did you think this way?
Uruha: Yeah. Even if I don't do it in a band, maybe because I've always taken part in teams. Even in soccer it was like that. Instead of doing anythihng alone, do it in a team is even more difficult, there is worth in doing [it], and the end result feels huge/great. I think there's tons of great stuff [from doing things in a team]. Of course whichever way there are merits and demerits...
